Kevin joined North American Properties (NAP) in 1998 as Chief Financial Officer. Since 2014, he has led NAP as its Chief Operating Officer and Partner overseeing the strategic, operational and financial affairs of the company on behalf of its investors. His vision is to focus NAP as an industry leader in every market in which it serves. Prior to working for NAP, Kevin worked for Deloitte’s management consulting group. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University in Oxford in 1990. Kevin serves on the board of the Catholic Innercity Schools Education Foundation (CISE) which offers faith-based education for disadvantaged youth. He is also on the board of Nehemiah Manufacturing Company, an organization whose mission is to provide job opportunities to second chance citizens with little or no work history. Kevin is actively involved with Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation’s (3CDC) Asset Committee that works to promote sustainable, thriving communities in the city’s core. Additionally, he serves on the Board of CincyTech and on the Board of Trustees for The Summit Country Day School. Kevin’s past involvement includes advisory board positions with the Urban Land Institute of Cincinnati and Ft. Washington Investment Advisors and the Treasurer of the Kidney Foundation of Cincinnati.
