Todd has 16 years of real estate, capital markets and finance experience – 13 of those years working exclusively in the retail real estate industry. Over his career, Todd has managed a corporate finance team that was responsible for the cash flow planning, budgeting and forecasting of hundreds of real estate properties across multiple investment funds. In his most recent role, prior to becoming a Partner of Last Mile Investments, he served as Vice President of Capital Markets for Phillips Edison & Co. and was responsible for creating, executing and maintaining the company’s capital markets strategies. In his time in that role, Todd executed over $6 billion of financing transactions and played a strategic role in two company mergers. Todd is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BS in Finance.
